Zatratnye scientists have refuted the myth about the benefits of Breakfast cereals, such as cereals or muesli with milk or yogurt. They found that in one portion cereals contain as much sugar as one chocolate cake or a doughnut with jam. As a result of research it turned out that one bowl of cereal with milk includes more than a quarter of the daily rate of consumption of sugar recommended adult.
Much more useful is to Breakfast cereals, preferably without additives. They do not contain harmful substances, and besides, they too can pour warm milk or yogurt.
And remember that before you buy any product, read carefully the information about it on the package, giving preference unsweetened wholegrain products.
